Omegapoint welcomes Peter de Verdier as CFO. Peter is currently CFO of Sveriges Television and has a long background in NASDAQ's technology operations.

Peter de Verdier most recently came from the role of CFO and CFO for Sveriges Television, and has previously held senior positions within OMX and the NASDAQ Group. Peter started his career as a programmer but has mainly worked with strategy, business models and financial management, primarily within NASDAQ Market Technology. Peter was, among other things, CEO of NASDAQ's Dutch technology company with a focus on governance and compliance systems.

Omegapoint is a comprehensive provider of cybersecurity and cyber-secure digitalization. The market demand for these services is large and growing rapidly. Omegapoint's main challenge is to grow at the same pace as demand. Omegapoint's current CFO Hans Grufman will, after handing over to Peter de Verdier, move on to new challenges outside the group.

– Omegapoint has grown and developed rapidly in recent years and Hans has been an important part of our successful journey and very important in the change of ownership where Priveq sold its share in the company to FSN Capital.
