Omegapoint one of Sweden's best workplaces 2016!
On Wednesday evening, Great Place To Work® published its annual list of ”Sweden’s Best Workplaces 2016.” Omegapoint was ranked as one of the best in the medium-sized organizations category.
For the third year in a row, Omegapoint has been named one of Sweden's best workplaces by the organization A Great Place To Work. A Great Place to Work's ranking is based on three main areas: Employees' pride in what they do, employees' trust in management, and camaraderie within the company with their colleagues.
”"Omegapoint is a culture of competence on which we have built a company. We are absolutely convinced that we are building the best workplace for the best IT consultants on the market by actively stimulating people's innate desire to learn.".
Omegapoint Academy works purposefully to develop the skills of our employees. From us, for us, because we want to. We believe in open dissemination of information and are measured by how much we contribute to the company's common development.
Develop yourself and others. In doing so, you contribute to your own, your colleague's, Omegapoint's and your customer's continued development.
Omegapoint Secures Development™” says Johan Malmliden, CEO of Omegapoint Group.
In addition to, or perhaps thanks to, the Omegapoint Academy and the company's intensive work on skills development, Omegapoint is permeated by strong camaraderie and collegial loyalty. People look after each other and are proud of Omegapoint's overall delivery. The company is employee-owned, which together with our open culture gives a high sense of co-determination. The results of the employee survey from A Great Place to Work show this very clearly.
”"What makes Omegapoint a fantastic workplace is the respect for the individual and the openness that prevails around information, decisions and ideas. It is written in the walls that "happy consultants are profitable consultants" and that by meeting the needs of the employees to the greatest extent possible, we create a desire to jointly build the company Omegapoint"”

”"Omegapoint combines high-quality skills development with employee engagement, while having fun together at work. Freedom with responsibility is an important ingredient in the workplace culture and for the third time in a row the company lands among Sweden's best workplaces."”
