Omegapoint acquires Guide Market Solutions
Omegapoint – a staff-owned IT consulting company with a focus on high-performance and secure IT systems, acquires Guide Market Solutions AB from Guide Konsult AB. The takeover will take place as of October 1, 2009.
”The acquisition of Guide Market Solutions provides Omegapoint with the industry’s best solution expertise in sales and marketing solutions,” says Johan Malmliden, CEO of Omegapoint Group AB. ”It is also very exciting to welcome a number of extremely competent IT consultants with deep technical knowledge of modern Microsoft technology,” says Johan, continuing, ”In addition, we will also gain reach for our entire service offering in Öresund through our new office in Malmö.”
Through the transaction, Guide Market Solutions' management and employees are offered co-ownership in Omegapoint in accordance with Omegapoint's existing shareholder diversification program.
