Omegapoint is one of Sweden's best workplaces in 2015
For the second year in a row, Omegapoint has been named one of Sweden's best workplaces by the organization A Great Place To Work. The award is based on an extensive employee survey in which all employees have provided feedback on the company, its operations and culture.
”"It's fantastic that we are taking a place among the best this year again! We are working purposefully to build a strong competence culture at Omegapoint. Continuous development is what our consultants value most and makes them feel so good. The fact that we are a true competence company is definitely one of the success factors in this context," says Johan Malmliden, CEO of Omegapoint Group.
Omegapoint is permeated by learning and skills development. Through regular skills days and skills conferences, employees from across the group come together and share knowledge with each other. A skills conference at Omegapoint can contain over 50 different lectures in 3-4 different skills areas.
Following last year's award, Omegapoint has worked on a number of areas for improvement to create an even better workplace. Clarifying goals, vision and direction has been an important area.
”"We have primarily focused a lot on becoming clearer and more effective in our communication. Our consultants spend most of their time with our customers and effective communication is essential for them to feel connected and involved in Omegapoint," says Lotta Hammarström, Talent Management Manager at Omegapoint.
The results of the employee survey from A Great Place to Work clearly show that the company is characterized by a great camaraderie. Omegapoint is a company where employees respect and care for each other.
”"I think the openness and warm welcome play a very big part in why I enjoy working at Omegapoint so much. I also really like the trust that exists in the employees. It gives a feeling of freedom through personal responsibility.".” says one of our employees in a comment in the survey.
