Omegapoint's junior consultant program offers the right people an opportunity to jump-start their career after completing their studies. As a participant in our junior consultant program, you as a consultant are offered, in addition to ongoing training, the opportunity to quickly get out and work on interesting client assignments with support from Omegapoint's most experienced consultants.

Your profile:

• You are at the beginning of your career or perhaps a recent graduate in computer science, computer engineering or engineering physics.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• You are curious, driven, committed and quality-conscious.

Junior Consultant Program – Internal training and customer projects from day one

As a junior consultant, you will learn everything about Omegapoint as a company and what the role of a consultant entails during two intensive introductory months. Within Omegapoint, we have a distinct competence culture and within the framework of our junior consultant program, we offer ongoing competence development in areas such as Agile methods, secure application development, test-driven development, modern web technologies and Domain-Driven Design. In addition to ongoing opportunities to develop your competence, as a junior consultant you will be able to participate in our annual competence development conference.

We know from experience that the importance of applying theory in practice is crucial for how our junior consultants view their own development. Therefore, all participants in the junior consultant program will receive a real consulting assignment with one of our clients from day one. The assignment is carried out together with other junior consultants under the supervision of our most experienced consultants. The project is concluded and reported on by all junior consultants presenting results and experiences to Omegapoint's employees.

What happens next?

After the first two months, you are ready for your first client assignment. As a junior consultant, you always have a mentor who will support you during the initial period and with whom you have regular check-ins. All junior consultants also receive an individual skills development plan.

The junior consultant program lasts six months, but we are convinced, and of course hope, that your competence journey at Omegapoint will be significantly longer.
