Omegapoint Group ranks as the best IT consulting company in Sweden when it comes to employee experiences

Powered by People is an award established by Brilliant Future to honor and highlight companies that strive for great employee experiences. Companies included at the top of the winners list are companies that understand the power of their employees and who challenge themselves in working with the company's employee experiences and through it create a successful change process in the organization.

The survey and results are based entirely on statistics from employee surveys and are therefore actual experiences, assessments and perceptions of employers.

Omegapoint Group, the Nordic region's leading consulting company within Cyber and Digital Security solutions, is the only IT consulting company on the top 10 list of service companies. According to the survey, Omegapoint Group is Sweden's best employer in the sector when it comes to engaging employees, from junior consultants to the most experienced consultants, in Omegapoint's development.
