It is now clear which IT suppliers are leading in Sweden when it comes to creating operational, tactical and strategic perceived value for their customers. The results are based on Radar's annual Supplier Quality Survey - Sweden's largest quantitative survey of customer-perceived quality and value in the IT market.

In an era of geopolitical uncertainty, increased dependencies and tougher performance requirements, supplier selection is becoming increasingly business-critical. The right choice is no longer just about price and delivery, but about value creation, risk mitigation and continuity of critical functions.

For IT decision-makers, quality, collaboration and expertise remain the most important criteria when choosing a supplier and service. When these three factors are combined, a supplier can act as a strategic partner that drives the business forward and creates sustainable value even in a rapidly changing environment.

The results show that overall satisfaction is decreasing – while customers are more clearly rewarding suppliers who deliver stably, transparently and with high basic quality. This makes the leading companies even more sought after relative to the market average.
