Presentation of our panelists

Jacob Henricson

Jacob Henricson is CEO and co-founder of Nørdsnipe. With a background as CISO at Ericsson and Skanska, and VP Services at deeptech company Foreseeti (sold to Google in 2022), he has deep experience in cybersecurity and the technology required going forward. Through the startup Nørdsnipe, Jacob focuses on creating tools for AI-assisted pentesting to meet the threats arising from new technology and a changing worldview.

Petra Klein

Petra Klein is Group Security Manager and Head of Group Security & Cyber Defence at Swedbank, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and socially critical IT. She has previously worked as an ethical hacker at FRA and with security solutions in both the Police and the financial sector. Petra is a valued speaker in cybersecurity, leadership and security culture, and also runs initiatives such as Swedbank Women in Tech to inspire more women to the tech industry.

John Billow

John Billow is the Director of the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and has extensive experience in international security and cyber issues. He has previously worked at Interpol's Cybercrime Directorate in Singapore and has held several roles within the Swedish government, the EU and the UN with a focus on cybersecurity, security policy and international cooperation. He is a lawyer with a degree from Uppsala University.

Dan Bergh Johnsson

Dan Bergh Johnsson is a well-known expert in secure system development and cybersecurity. He is one of the authors behind the report that AI Sweden and NCSC published in connection with the Mythos news and has dug deep into the available material. Dan is also co-author of the book Secure by Design and a valued international speaker in cybersecurity, AI and system design.

Sandra Barouta Elvin

Sandra Barouta Elvin is the National Security Manager at Microsoft Sweden and has over two decades of experience in strategic and operational security work in both the public and private sectors. She is a driving force in raising awareness of cyber threats and strengthening organizations' ability to deal with them.

Andreas Bergqvist

Andreas Bergqvist is Chief Security Officer (CSO) at BankID. In his role, he leads the company's efforts to protect one of Sweden's most critical digital infrastructures. Andreas has extensive experience in information and cybersecurity, including senior positions in Sweden's financial and telecom sectors.

Johanna Parikka Altenstedt

Johanna Parikka Altenstedt is the operations manager for Cybernoden – Sweden's national competence community for innovation and cybersecurity – at RISE, where she leads initiatives aimed at strengthening Sweden's cybersecurity capabilities through collaboration between academia, business and the public sector.

Niclas Lamberg

Niclas Lamberg is IT Director at the Swedish Transport Administration and leads the agency's transformation with a focus on integrating AI and automation to improve infrastructure safety and efficiency. With extensive experience from both the public sector and business, he leads the work to implement digital solutions that strengthen the robustness of the transport system.

Jonas Hasselberg

Jonas Hasselberg is President and CEO of Omegapoint, which specializes in cybersecure digitization for business and society-critical operations. With a background from leading positions in Proact, TeliaCompany, Nokia and Microsoft, he has extensive international experience of driving development with a focus on security, trust and resilience.

Daniel Deogun

Daniel Deogun is Chief Technology & Academy Officer at Omegapoint and an internationally recognized expert in cybersecurity, secure system development and software architecture. He is the co-author of the book Secure by Design and has over 20 years of experience building secure digital solutions. Daniel is a sought-after speaker who combines deep technical expertise with an engaging and educational way of explaining how security can become a natural part of modern system development.

Marcus Weiland

Marcus Weiland is the Vice President of AI company Savantic and a respected figure in artificial intelligence, digital transformation and business development. He works to help organizations translate AI from vision to concrete business value, especially in industry, energy and social development. Marcus is also the founder of the podcast En AI till Kaffet and has been named AI Inspirator of the Year for his work in making AI understandable, practical and relevant to more businesses.

Cissi Elwin

Cissi Elwin is a journalist, presenter and experienced moderator with a long career in media, leadership and communication. She has been CEO of the Swedish Film Institute, editor-in-chief of the magazine Chef and CEO of the Chefakademin. With her warmth, sharpness and extensive stage experience, she leads conversations with both energy and confidence – always with a focus on creating engaging and relevant discussions.

Niels Paarup-Petersen

Niels Paarup-Petersen is a member of parliament for the Centre Party and a prominent voice in digitalization, cybersecurity and technology policy. With a background as an entrepreneur and a strong commitment to innovation and democracy, he works to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness and digital resilience. Niels is a sought-after speaker who combines political perspectives with practical insights into the role of technology in societal development.

Hanna Linderstål

Hanna Linderstål has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity. She is a strategist with extensive expertise in advising governments, agencies and companies worldwide. Hanna's knowledge spans areas such as hybrid warfare, immersive AI, cyber threats and analytics, making her an authority on the rapidly changing digital threat landscape. In 2024, she was named Swedish Security Profile of the Year.

Ewa Skoog Haslum

Ewa Skoog Haslum is the Chief of the Swedish Armed Forces' Operations Command. She was previously the Chief of the Navy and became the first woman in Sweden to reach the rank of Admiral. With extensive experience in security issues, leadership and international defence cooperation, she is a valued speaker on total defence, geopolitics and Sweden's security in a changing world.

Par Olsson

Pär Olsson is Director of Security & Hardware Development at Bosch and has over 20 years of experience in software development, cybersecurity and technical innovation. With a background from Ericsson and Sony Mobile, he currently leads teams that develop secure and connected products for future mobility and IoT solutions. Pär is a sought-after speaker in cybersecurity, AI and secure product development, with a particular focus on how security can be integrated as a natural part of innovation and business development.
