Omegapoint Academy
By us, for us, because we want it
The Omegapoint Academy is the heart of our competence culture and a way to secure our future and that of our clients. Based on an individual competence development plan, the Academy offers all Omegapoint consultants new influences, intellectual stimulation and knowledge.
We believe in the power of collaboration and an important part of the Academy is sharing our knowledge. We train each other and our customers, contribute to research, offer thesis work, guest lecture at universities and international conferences, and help foster an interest in technology among children and young people.
The Academy offers a range of activities - from skills days to study circles. In addition, there is a trainee program that develops graduates into consultants and a master's program that develops consultants into experts.

Competence days
Competence Days are organized every month. It is a forum driven primarily by curiosity and interest. Topics and formats vary, from structured theoretical seminars on a new technological leap to practical labs where we jointly solve a problem we encountered in a customer assignment.

Omegapoints skills conference
Twice a year we organize Omegapoint's competence conference called OpKoKo. It is two days filled with about fifty optional sessions organized in different themes. We have a committee that puts together the program and it is our own experts who train. The level is high! In several cases, OpKoKo has become a springboard for being invited to international conferences and we also have employees who have received accreditation points for their training efforts.

Internal and external lectures
In the Academy Classroom, we offer around twenty different courses on an ongoing basis. They are characterized by new topics, high level and fast pace. The courses are developed and delivered by our own experts. We also use external institutes for courses we do not provide ourselves.
We pick out gems from our skills program and regularly invite customers, industry colleagues and other interested parties to breakfast and lunch lectures.
