Jonas Hasselberg appointed as new President and CEO of Omegapoint

AB Omegapoint's Board of Directors has appointed Jonas Hasselberg as the new President and CEO. He will succeed the company's founder Johan Malmliden, who will transfer to the company's board.

Jonas Hasselberg was most recently CEO of the listed company Proact AB, a leading IT company that delivers business-critical cloud solutions to large companies in Europe. He has previously held global leadership positions at Telia in Sweden, Nokia in Finland and Microsoft in the US.

Johan Malmliden, the company's founder and outgoing CEO, welcomes Jonas to his new role:

Jonas Hasselberg will take up his role in AB Omegapoint in the spring, on June 16, 2025 at the latest.
