Continuous professional development is a key element at Omegapoint and it is manifested in a series of skill-enhancing activities. The main component is the concept of competence development days where we evaluate new technologies and learn from the completed assignments. As a complement to this we arrange two conferences every year. (one with focus on competence development and one with focus on strategy).

We implement individual training plans for all employees with progress through a combination of experience from assignments, courses and recognized certifications.
